C: Sand play.

M: Good, he is playing with the sand. Where is dad? What is dad doing?

C: Looking sign post.

M: Wonderful, dad is looking at sign, what does the sign say? And which animal was not allowed to take with?

C: Dogs.

M: Yeah, How poor Floppy!

M: After seeing the sign, dad ran up and said" Stop! No dogs in here."
The sign says' Dogs can't go on the sand.' So who's going to take Floppy for a walk?

C: Mommy.

M: What do the children look like? Upset or scared?

C: Very upset.

M: The children were very upset , but dad got an idea. What was that idea?
Making Floppy or sand castle with the sand to give mum a surprise?

C: Making Floppy.

M: They made big pile of sand and pat it flat. Then they started to make Floopy's head, eyes, and tail.
When finishing making Floppy, the children must have been very excited and happy.
Mum came back, and what were in her hands? Cold drinks or ice-cream cones?

C: Ice cream.

M: Surprise! Surprise! A Floppy made of sand! Mun was very surprised.
They had the picture taken with the sand Floppy. They were smiling happily.
Which Floppy did Kipper like better sand Floppy or real Floppy?

C: Real Floppy.

M: Right. From now we're going to make Floppy with sand and clay like children.

< Making Floppy >

M: Do you like to make Floppy? We have two kinds of materials, sand and mud caly.
Why don't we make Floppy together?
Before making Floppy touch the each materials.
Which one is softer? Sand or clay?

C: Clay.

M: Yes, sand is a lot harder than clay. Clay is very smooth and soft.
Let's make Floppy then.
Wow, clay is like dough. You made cookies with flour before.
What does the clay feel like? Hard or sticky?

C: Sticky.

M: Terrific, it's sticky like flour dough.
Let's make Floppy's ears, eyes, tail, and body.
What wonderful Floppy you made! It's like real floppy.
Then why don't you make Floppy with the sand?
Is the sand soft like your skin or rough and bumpy?

C: Rough and bumpy.

M: Good, because of the little pieces of sand it feels rough and bumpy.
Pat it flat hard. At last you made sand Floppy.
Which material was easier to make Floppy? And Why?

C: Mud caly because it's sticky.

M: Yes, clay became stuck together easily, so you could stick each parts of body easily.
Which Floppy can be broken down easily?

C: Sand Floppy.

M: Yes, sand Floppy can be tore down easily.
